Brown & Lee Residence Palm Beach 1999 |
An original beach cottage built in the summer of 1920 was lifted up to a new height and the base rebuilt in reverse brick veneer construction. Next a rear extension was built to marry the old cottage in a new timber post and beam construction creating a panelled look matching the old cottage. | ||||||
