Potapeta Sub-division Pukekawa NZ 2009 |
A sub-dividion in Pukekawa around an existing historic house. The intention was a rural park like feeling with post and rail fences and minimal street lighting. A memorial park adjacant to a church was a homage to the past and an information wall for visitors. Several house types were developed to test the density and view sharing capabilities. | ||||||
