Bush Hut

The base unit is a prefabricated hardwood portal frame with insulated wall panels made from manganese boards with hardwood timber windows and doors. The internal layout is very flexible. The basic unit fits on a standard transport truck and can be hoisted on permanent foundations. Prefabricated elements are added for solar conditions and access, battened canvas roof, steel stairs, seating, and services.

Siting can be individual or in clusters for community arrangements or permanent camps.
